Sami Harper is an Australian film photographer living on Ngambri & Ngunnawal country.

Documenting the world around her has long been a big part of Sami’s life, but nothing quite did it justice until she shot her first roll of film seven years ago. Since then Sami has been captivated by how our modern lives look etched on to a film negative.

After years of carrying her camera everywhere, Sami has developed a confidence with the medium that’s evident in her diverse portfolio of work, ranging from couples and weddings to album covers, live music and interiors — but always coming back to a focus on people.

Sami is available for work in the Canberra region, as well as interstate and overseas.
